New Lens Counselling
New Lens Counselling
(English and French)
Grief
Grief can feel overwhelming, unpredictable and isolating. It takes time to process our loss(es) and re-adjust to a world without the deceased. Sometimes, in addition, if the loss has been traumatic or if other factors complicate its processing, we can feel that we have become "stuck" in grief. That is when your life seems consumed by your grief and there seems to be no end in sight.

I will offer you a compassionate space to help you process what you're going through.
Rather than give you advice or solutions, I will help you see more clearly through the changes that have happened in your world.

I worked on the Cruse Scotland Helpline for a while before becoming a trainee counsellor with them.
Now, I am a volunteer counsellor and I have seen how counselling can help getting un-stuck.

Grief does not shrink, but life can expand around it making it a smaller part of what you experience everyday.

I look forward to help you in this journey.
